Any loan you obtain will be made by a third-party lender, subject to that lender’s underwriting standards and applicable law.

Participation in a HomeDividend-backed structure does not guarantee loan approval, any specific interest rate, or cost savings. Eligibility and pricing for any loan or guarantee are determined by the lender, subject to its own underwriting criteria and to HomeDividend’s risk-management requirements. Not all borrowers, properties, or loan types will qualify.

HomeDividend expects all participating lenders to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair lending and fair housing requirements. HomeDividend does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, disability, or any other protected characteristic in any aspect of its dealings.
